About
A Fortress, a Coastal Road, and Time to Relax by the Sea.
South of Batumi lies a route that combines history and seascapes without a long journey. First, we will visit Gonio Fortress, walk along its walls, and talk about the history of the Black Sea coast.
We will then continue through Kvariati to Sarpi. There will be time to take in the coastline, take photos, and feel how the landscape changes as the mountains draw closer to the sea. After lunch, we will stop in Kvariati for a walk or some beach time.
